    I’ve been a member for about a year. For the last week, I haven’t received my daily lockscreen points. I’ve been getting points for the videos, but today got a 10 point deduction for location incentive. I’ve sent in emails, but not getting an answer.

    I had uninstalled the Smores app a while ago. I got a new phone and reinstalled the app. Now I’m having problems finishing my profile. It says it’s invalid or already in use. Of course it’s in use cause it’s me!! Please help me. I can’t redeem any points because of this and I’m really angry about this. Please Help Me??!!

      You have to click login then enter the email address or phone number you signed up with originally.

    How do I regain those missing points (from 9/11 to 9/25)? That’s 150 points that I’m short.

    Used to work, used to pay. No longer does either. Expires points daily even when you have notification in your ledger that your lockscreen points will post the following day. Doesn’t matter if you watch hundreds of videos day after day or just cashed out within two weeks…INACTIVE! Horrible company imo and in my experience-just looking to take advantage of people as a recession looms.
